Amazon Prime, its a joke from Parks and Rec

Its funny how we traded Dragic for Brooks, then both went overseas, then returned to their original teams. What a mistake of a trade lol.
I never understood the trade from the perspective of the suns. I know why the rockets did it. Brooks had an ankle injury and was never the same. He still isn't the same player that won the MIP award.

Lance has next at the two guard spot and i fully expect him to take the mantle as the best two guard in the league eventually if he keeps improving and starts shooting more. Maybe i am overreacting but i think the sky is the limit for him and i believe he still has plenty of untapped potential that he has yet to reach yet.

These are just labels... Lance is a better PG than Kyrie and Kyrie is a better two than Lance..

I disagree that he needs to shoot more to be effective... Him putting up Harden's volume of perimeter shots would get ugly...

How much better do you expect him to get ? Hes not a guy that can carry a team,he can be an all star in odd years where the field is weak but generally speaking i think hes playing about as high as he can get right now....Hes contributing no doubt but hes also insulated on a good team where he doesnt have to carry the load or take alot of shots...and thats best for him,i dont think he'd be as good on a lesser team...

Yeah hes in the perfect situation on the Pacers. He does whatevers needed and plays his role on the team perfectly, then he busts out one or two highlight plays a game.

Lance post game is REALLLLY under utilized right now. That dude in the low blocks is sick as hell.

if the rockets offered harden for lance straight-up, Indiana would jump all over that trade.

:camby:
and everybody in here would respect them for doing it while laughing at how stupid Houston was.

Actually, Indiana would be insane to make that trade in this specific season. A ball dominant scorer who plays poor defense would be a horrible fit for a team set up the way they are. Especially given that they only have to pay Lance a million dollars this season. Lance is a much better fit with PG and their power forwards, and his phenomenal court vision, top 5 defense at his position, and ability to score as a second or third option is just what the Pacers need as they're currently constructed. None of which is to say Lance is better than Harden.

Some more on Lance for anyone who is interested:

The versatile Stephenson can score, move without the ball, run an offense, hit the glass hard and defend both guard positions. Ferocity is his defining characteristic, and it serves him well in all facets of the game: He finishes an excellent 63 percent of his shots at the rim, he ranks in the league’s top 10 in defensive rating and, at 6-foot-5 with a 10.9 rebound percentage, he just might be the best inch-for-inch rebounder in the league. (Pacers blog 8 Points, 9 Seconds compares the league’s best rebounding wings by the numbers right here, and Stephenson places tops among shooting guards.)

In a bit of a surprise, Stephenson, 23, has developed into the No. 2 scorer (13.3 points on 49.5 percent shooting) for an excellent Pacers starting unit in which all five players score in double figures. The fit in Indiana is excellent, as the Pacers’ scoring balance and top-ranked defense limit the impact of his so-so outside shooting, but he’s done enough this season to convince outside suitors that he’s capable of succeeding in a larger role. Stephens still has untapped scoring potential, given that he’s attempting fewer than 11 shots per game. If the leash is loosened, he’s asked to create more for himself and some of the solid options (including Paul George and David West) surrounding him are stripped away, Stephenson’s potential to score at least 18 points a game starts to seem conceivable.

I'm gonna start paying more attention to it...You were on point with his point guard instincts.. I think he could be an all star at the 1 position..

I hate this Indiana team because they are so well coached and hungry..Dudes like Lance and David West scare me as a Heat fan...

Those are all people I would take over Harden and would not think twice about it...Harden is not that great its just that SG is so weak right now there is nothing to choose from. It is certainly not out of the realm of possibilities that Lance will be better. Harden is a very lazy player
