Can I please have a time frame for when we can expect Lance to be better than Harden? Because all the qualifications don't do anything but extend a thread that shoulda been dead a while ago.

With no time frame, all we get are cyses of Lance's good games and Harden's bad games.

dude.....are you seriously asking for a time frame? Clearly Lance game is rising...we don't know when...but to say that threads shouldn't be made based on what people potentially see "because its not there now" is foolish. We may be outright wrong....point is...let it flesh out. We may have to up this three years from now where we're either right or wrong.

These are just labels... Lance is a better PG than Kyrie and Kyrie is a better two than Lance..

I disagree that he needs to shoot more to be effective... Him putting up Harden's volume of perimeter shots would get ugly...

2 to 4 more shots a game wouldn't hurt his percentage to much I think. I'm not saying that Lance can be the best player on a title team but I think he can be a top five shooting/combo guard if he keeps working on his game like he seems to have done the past few offseasons.

No. I'm literally going to wait five years for Lance to prove that he's equal or better than James Harden and then I'm ignoring the comparison forever. It wasn't even on my radar until I saw this thread. Didn't even know it was a thing. I know dudes happy Lance making good on all his high school/Rucker hype, but now dudes have created a rivalry out of nowhere. He can't just be good on his own and y'all can party off that...nah, he gotta be coming for James Harden? That's fine, but don't get aggy when Harden fans simply laugh and say "No."

James Harden is the comparison because he is the guy who's considered the best SG in the league. Im basically saying Lance Stephenson will be the best SG in the legue rather sooner than later. He's a top 10 perimeter defender in the league. Harden is one of the worst defenders in the league. He has elite passing/ and court vision. As does Harden, but Lance is ahead in that category. His rebounding is elite, and he's arguably the best pound for pound rebounder in the game considering his size and position. He's elite at penetration. Ball-handling is elite. And his game is expanding before our eyes. His shot has improved drastically, and its still improving. Plus you have to consider his passion for the game. Ive seen his energy fuel his team too many times. He really is a sparkplug. Id say his energy is a tangible asset alone, and it not on no Swaggy P shyt cause dude have the skills to actually get his team going. These are the reasons I feel he will surpass Harden.

All of this is fine, but it's completely dependent on Harden not improving at all. He's 24, 13 months older than Lance.
