The problem is that his job requires him to speak. By refusing to speak with reporters Lynch is defying his employers and not fulfilling his job duties. How is that a good role model for kids? The fact of the matter is that in life you will often have to do things that you don't want to do or things that you deem unnecessary and stupid. But you do them anyway because you are an adult.

Lynch isn't an adult he is a buffoon. Everything that Foote said was 100% true.

What's c00ning about it? People that refuse to listen to authority can't stay in school or hold a job. In the hood they end up in prison. Foote is 100% right. Most times you have to accede to your coach, employer, teacher, etc to succeed in life. If I openly defy my professor or boss nd refuse to do my work or assignments, I'll be kicked out of school and unemployed soon enough. And then my life is over. Foote is just saying the truth. Well I am shoooo nuff glad Curt Flood, Muhammed Ali and Oscar Robinson didn't listen to authority when they were told there was no need to fight for free agency or that you should be drafted to go to Vietnam.

These dudes kill me with the listen to authority crap. This damn black history month you know how many rights we have as black folks that we would have never had if we listened to authority.
