Chief Keef's last name is Dutch so I wonder if he has roots in New York. Most Black Chicagoans came from Mississippi so that'll be interesting.

Definitely possible. Names like his (Cozart) are relatively rare in the US so it would be a lot easier for him to trace his people. Plus the Chicago/Mississippi thing....might have some NY kin for sure.

Cozarts are in Mississippi. His people are definitely from there.

Never met a Chávez who wasn't Mexican

Some of the earliest black american families surnames were Chavez. They anglicanized them to Chavis.
So if you see alot of Chavises, they were originally Chavez but it was of Portuguese origin not Spanish.

:russ:Adolf Hitler totally ruined a surname, after WWII dozens of dudes in Austria had to change their surnames and burn family records.
The only adolph I've heard of in my lifetime is young dolph. He ruined a mustache too. Imagine being so fukked up as a person that you ruin a whole ass name and haircut?

Chamberlain is a dope last name I don’t hear at all besides the white Yankee pitcher and the GOAT player Wilt (dont ask me how :wow:)

Cunningham is another one I haven’t seen or heard at all besides Randall Cunningham and the nba prospect Cade Cunningham (he’s gonna be an all star off the name marketing alone)
