Last night felt like the changing of the guard from Kobe to Durant

And it hurts so much

Durant made all the plays he needed to down the stretch and won the game (along with Harden), while Kobe did everything wrong and coughed up the game by himself (that's my shooting guard )

Just seems like the official changing of the guard. I can't see LA coming back and winning more than one game, let alone the series after that collapse.

I hope I'm wrong.

I said the same thing. When Kobe coughed it up to Durant it was like passing the torch. Would have felt even more dramatic if Kobe took that last shot.

4 years? Last one I remember him hitting was that shot against the Suns in 06, but he has hit several clutch shots for us in the playoffs. They just weren't game winners.

Kobe was trash last year in the playoffs though. Especially against the Mav, but yeah Gasol was just as bad.

2008 - Jazz, Nuggets, Spurs
2009 - Nuggets, Jazz
2010 - Suns, Jazz

You couldn't have possibly watched those series and say with a straight face that Kobe isn't clutch.
