does trolling in a Evolve thread have to do with LBP?
One of the quotes Meach quoted was dude blantantly trolling in the evolve thread.
Well my opinion of a niche title is something that goes against what is considered the norm for that specific genre, lbp is a platformer that's biggest point of interest is the vast resources they give you to create your own levels. Not too many games like this exist, so in my mind it's a niche title.
It's more than that obvious troll thread, breh, you'll quote metacritic as gospel when it fits your agenda, but the order/Driveclub gets released and shyt is not that big of a deal anymore?? Because for that game I truly felt that it got knocked by some reviewers for completely stupid reasons and for that I felt the need to mention that the number on Metacritic isn't the end all be all. Driveclub's 71 Metacritic from yesterday doesn't tell you anything about what it is TODAY. Several people said the same thing and when they eventually tried DC, they said it was better than they thought and that the MC was really misleading. Some of the reviews are outdated for that game so if I'm arguing months later that DC is a solid game and that the 71 MC it has is not accurate then it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to understand why. Reviews review what's in the box but what if I bought it months later?? It just makes sense to follow forums and youtube for coverage of a game vs reviews written day one. Some games don't really update much so my argument isn't for those games(Like Infamous or Killzone for example.)
Game changers(Dynamic weather system, stable online, new in game content) made the game MUCH better than what a review from launch day suggests.. It was so big that some reviewers updated their reviews for the game.
Polygon gave it a 5 originally and then updated it to a 7.5
Gamesradar re-reviewed it to 4 1/2 stars.
Videogamer re reviewed it to 8/10.
The Order(A game I played as well as others) all seemed to agreee that it was much better than what the reviews painted it as.. Meach argued left and right with everyone without never playing it saying it's trash. You don't see that as silly?? There's sometimes some discretion to be used. One game's MC score is different from another.
That's your fault for being a breh who can't discern seriousness and jokes. It's evident that you seem kind of slow if you have to have me explain it to you word.by.word. I feel like you're just being completely oblivious for no fukking reason breh
Meach doesn't "troll" blatantly. It's subtle, cantankerous trolling whereby just being contrarian and argumentative for no real reason.
