I prefer using unmanned drones in killing enemies than putting American lives on the ground and at risk. While its very unfortunate that civilians may be killed in the process, its a necessary evil to protect American lives and interests.
This technology is still new. It will only improve in efficiency and accuracy as time goes on. Intelligence gathering should increase as well to limit non-combative civilian death. In the meantime, sorry bruh, it sucks but its still the best alternative.
