A guy in my class literally just told one of my best friends (she's had a crush on him for months) that's she's cute, but she's too dark to date because he doesnt want his children to be any darker than him (he's light-skinned). Granted it may not be the biggest problem the black community has to address, but colorism is real and it's sad that you and many other men in this thread reduce it to people "worrying about where you stick your dikk".

It's like, b you don't feel like an outsider being the only dark person in your family? My brother messed with white girls and my nephews are mixed so this is something I've dealt with for a while. Come to Nigeria, you'll see plenty of families like that. My ex was my complexion, but her sisters ranged from caramel to light brite. Her mom is light brite, her dad is somewhere in the middle.

I'm just saying when 2 people of different skin tones have children, the results can be all over the place.

Even my brother's children are light (he married a light brite Nigerian). He's the darkest one in the family, but, I assure you, he gives no fukks.
