And so are white Latinos. Mexicans by large are counted as Hispanic in California. Ironically they are the only spanish speaking group with trustworthy racial statistics.

You see all those Latinos marked as white and the few black Latinos marked as black.
It’s a clear race divide and people don’t want to admit the black Latino dude in these mug shots won’t get the same reaction or fair shake from the judge or da like the Latino people classified as white. That stuff matters.
