Hispanic/latino culture is racist in itself in my opinion. Not to be confused with hispanic people being racist. People are human and can see when something is wrong and disagree and not partake in it. Even tho they might see themselves as brown in the mirror it is hard for them to acknowledge they're black ancestry because they're upbringing in Hispanic-latino culture tells them to suppress it and lighten up the race.
