Yeah my counselor is a therapist. My issue with writing is it often turns from my writing how I’m feeling to making lists of shyt I gotta pay for, thus adding to the stress
. But I know what solutions will help me and I’m working gradually to make them happen. I don’t wanna sway the subject matter of this thread, but I appreciate the exchange
