The article is more anti-immigrant than anything.

The premise is stupid though. Afro-Americans are part and parcel of American culture, as they have been here since America became a country. If they haven't been assimilated, then it's due to Jim Crow era laws and white supremacist structures that exist till today.

You're reading what you want to read into what he said. Like I said, his preceding statement tells you what is behind his intent in stating what he did and if there was ever a dictionary definition of racism (belief that a race is innately inferior) this is it.



What is up with folks wanting to excuse right wing racist cacs on this forum lately ? Is the desire to be contrarian and different that strong?

His statement sounds like he feels as though as a non white you are a guest in the dominant society and haven't been made to fit in. While I'm sure he blames black people for having our own culture,sounds as though he is saying white society hasn't done its job in fully convincing you how great assimilating would be for you,or made you feel welcomed enough to assimilate,and they need to do that before allowing in other non whites.

You need to understand whether good intentioned or bad,assimilation would still be bad for black people. It could have been racist or not racist depending on how you look at it. Point being you should still be insulted,and it should make black people want to be even more defiantly black.

White people are the only people who consistantly put other races down, then act shocked when we don't like them. For us to have such little power, they sure LOVE talking about us.

There is a large demographic of white people who need to feel superior to others in order to get through life. A lot of them are poor, and have disfunctional lives, drug addictions, yet still want to put black people down, as if their lives are better.

Fox COULD address the white community, and discuss personal responsiblity when it comes to drugs. They COULD address white parenting, and how they create a disproportinate a,ount of mass shooters, and domesric terrorists. But It's either more guns, or fewer guns, and blaming mental illness.

White people are soooo much better, yet STILL end up in these bad situations. When black people have access to good resources, we usually don't turn to crime, and even black criminals aren't known for killing random people.

Nothing pisses off white people more than a confident, intelligent, successful black person who isn't putting them on a pedestal, so they can stop pretending that they WANT more successful black people.

They want us to stop being a threat. Asians get good educations, jobs and make money but have ZERO clout when push comes to shove. We are the squeaky wheel that knows how to get shyt done. Whites know it....they don't want Asians and Latinos to ever figure it out.

Plus we don't really cater to white supremacy. Everyone throws the word "c00n" around on The Coli but as a group we are anything but..... otherwise they wouldn't be scared of us. They try to convince immigrants to go the opposite route of us because our punches actually hurt them. Immigrants buy into the hype.
