Ok, I guess?

Trump isn't even liked in NYC. I wish I threw the basketball I had at him when I met him in Riverbank when I was a kid.

Who gives a fukk about 'like'...Trump was a piece of shyt his whole career, but he was a popular piece of shyt, still popular enough to win an election. You would think the sports entertainment audience would reflect the country at large. It's almost as if the people with the money in this country gravitate toward people who give 0 fukks.

As a black man I wish Lavar Ball and his family nothing but sucesss. A lot of People that's judging him, I feel are people who don't have the family bond he established with his family. He is a major reason his kids are in the position they are in. From the outside looking in Lavar is showing ppl how running a family and business is suppose to go.

Understand that you are responding to kids or young adults who are not looking at the big picture.

My hope at this point is that Lonzo checks him shortly after he is drafted and signed. He will then be the guy in charge whether his dad likes it or not.

I'm not a kid, or a young adult and I am seeing the big picture. You nikkas sound like some shook slaves or something...like why are you even tangled up in the details of shyt that ain't even going on in your life. You up here visualizing the trials and tribulations of Lonzo Ball's NBA career ahead of time like a fukking weirdo....talking about big picture.

:mjlol:

How you getting the big picture being so lost in the details of some shyt that hadn't happened yet and doesn't concern you? Me on the other hand I'm peeping how the Levar Ball phenomenon correlates to what's going on in politics and the media in general and where it leads, that sounds pretty big picture in comparison to crying tears in advance for a nikka who ain't worried about you what so ever.

That makes it even worse. You don't even know how to spell the man's name correctly you dumbass. I wish him well and have stated it several times.

Nobody is "shook". What we are seeing is the unnecessary risks this old dude is taking because he wants to be a celebrity just as much as his kid. That shyt is painfully obvious that he is using his damn son to elevate to a level he could not do when he was younger.

“But let’s say I really excelled in football and made millions of millions of dollars. Do I spent that time with them now? — No, I have to worry about the offseason and I just buy you a trainer and hope that you turn out okay. Whereas the fact that I wasn’t all that, allows me to take the time to make my boys all that.”

He completely ignored the fact player he just spoke about in Dell Curry was in the league, made millions, and raised a son who became a superstar.

He ignored it because it didn't fit the narrative he has in his own head that him not making it as a pro athlete was better for his kids.

shyts not a good look.

I don't know who you were quoting in an effort to rationalize his comments on Lebrons kids, so if you want to know what this has to do with Kyrie ask him. I was just saying you completely missed the point about the outrage from this quote.

I asked for receipts about him saying this or that player didn't spend enough time with their sons. You reply with a quote of him saying that being that he didn't go on to be a mega successful athlete, that he had more time to spend with his children. That's FACTS and really about him and how his family experiences life.

But you followed that up with a bunch of whatever, you kinda proving my point, you're taking a perfectly reasonable, common sense statement and made it seem like he said something sacrilegious.

If a Nike executive is calling you the "worst thing" in basketball history you are certainly disrupting the market, it's a strategy/ philosophy many successful businessmen use.

Y'all nikkas in here so worried about Lonzo and all the politics y'all don't have to deal with that some are completely missing the point, get off them nikkas nuts, let them handle that "pressure", in the mean time wake the fukk up. Never seen so many nikkas scared on the behalf of somebody else.
What will this end goal of disruptiio
Are you a grown man using smilies for no reason? I'm not Shakespeare but if you think so might be a reflection of you.

Yes to the first question but like the last faux genius whats your point? How can he avoid it when they are the business? I've actually never saw him say that they were off limits so you'd have to show that to me fam. I see some like making things up to fit their narrative.
So, if Lavar is making his family a conversation piece, that's on him.

Kyrie never said his family is a topic of sports discussion, Lavar did.

Same way no one says SAS or any other sports journalist's sports ability is the topic.

We don't quite how many championships any coli poster on when they discuss all time gets, right?

Nah you are shook, literally. You are worrying about Lonzo's career, his locker room interactions.
You're casting your mind forward into a nikkas locker room experience, I'm thinking about business, but I'm the kid, get off that nikka dikk man. Let Lonzo Go :damn:

Who cares if Kyrie said his family wasn't part of the discussion as far as this is concerned? Lavar was showing differences and while you disagree with what he said he didn't come out of the sky talking about Kyrie situation. As for the other part I don't understand truly. I do agree people don't usually say those things but honestly I do when they go too far in the criticism of cats like they themselves are/were some type of athletes. That's them or cats on here because they might be bad at their job but they are usually way better than us at their job so lets not go tooooo far in speaking bad on their skills. That's just me though I can't speak for everybody on that.

You compared Lavar's commentary about Kyries family dynamics to George Carl doing the "fatherless nikka" routine, that's a false equivalence. As if people should be reacting to Lavar's comments the same way because they were the same thing or even anywhere near of the same intent....that is false, period.

I don't think I was saying people should have the same outrage. I just think it's weird that people were saying they don't see the problem. While they aren't the exact same they did have similar components and both were in bad taste.
