Yup..thats all they givin out..its literally a choice between money and fame now..no inbetween...u either want a little money..or a lil fame...I would rather take the money route..even if it aint ballin out like some millionaire it beats owing money and less privacy..less artistic freedom etc...

Everytime that man drops an album, he's charting high on the Billboard charts, and he tours everywhere.

He does this without any radio play; well he's been MTV, but he's not a staple face in mainstream.

Let me clear this up...

360 Deals are great *IF* you are a mass appealing artist because the more a label can make off of you in multiple streams of currency the more they will push you & help you maintain a high stature...

If you are a Nicki Minaj, Ludacris, Drake, Kid Cudi type rapper then there are a lot of benefits to a 360 Deal as you are profitable in different areas...

If you're Waka, Keef, Trinidad James etc... then a 360 Deal is not your friend because you do not have mass appeal & are limited to being in a market box...

There are independent artists with 360 Deals as well... the belief that being independent is "safer" then being on a Major is a myth... a rape contract is a rape contract on any level...

More or less came in here to say this. First of all 360 deals offer more advance money. 2nd of all if a record label stands to make money of your touring, merch etc they are going to push it and a label has much more resources than just your management/agent or w/e.
