The real issue here is that this is what happens when you don't understand that you can't monetize your way out of problems you've caused via monetization.

Bumble specifically had an inherent issue that they ignored from the start....Women straight up being reluctant to speak first. They literally got to the point where they had to undo the sole feature that was supposed to attract women to the app.

Match Group is a tech company, and laying off like the rest of the industry is......If y'all think that people are opting for meeting people in real life over apps, look at how these singles mixers are going.

I think all those apps are part of a larger experiment for a sinister purpose. Those apps will eventually disappear for something else that's probably be a part of a all in one app or creation. Same with social media, fakebook, x.com and all these social networking/data collecting apps. Those apps may be responsible for a lot of relationships and kids being made even but that was never the objective for these apps. A gift and a curse. All that data is being collected by who for what?

I hope no one on here was only using dating apps to meet women :wtf:

Nothing beats the rush of chatting up a woman in real life. Yea you might have some anxiety but after knocking the rust off you’ll realize it’s not that serious.

You’ll realize all that online garbage about dating is just an echo chamber. People IRL move different.
Men who are short, and both short and ugly don't have the ability to approach women. Dating apps give them a little bit of hope but it ultimately doesn't change anything.

Not everyone has the same experience.

Dating apps are like shooting fish in a barrel. I’ve never heard of men complaining about them until thecoli. :mjlol:
Early days of Tinder :ahh:

Matching with a chick and having her slobbing on your knob within the hour was great. Didn’t have to do half the work or spend half the money you’d otherwise have to going out. It was like getting Take Out but FREE straight to the crib :ahh:

A combination of dating apps and approaching women at bars and clubs had my balls drained daily in my early 20’s

YMMV on the quality tho :whoa:

Dating apps are trash, they got nothing on the golden age of dating websites. Those were great, and I know cheap nikkas gonna disagree, but the best ones were the ones where you had to pay to get on.

Those sites had women on there who were actually trying to talk and meet up.

I worked the night shift so every night at work I would hop on, filter for “online now” and I’d just start talking to women.

2006-2011, :wow: a breh was feasting, and I was in raggedy ass Memphis. I can only imagine what people in legit cities were getting into.

These dating apps ain’t shyt but time wasting entertainment and ego boosts for women. They swiping left on people they would be happy to have talk to them at the bar.

One good thing about dating apps is you get past the awkwardness of oh I have a boyfriend sorry you know the women on those apps are generally single
