Bumble specifically had an inherent issue that they ignored from the start....Women straight up being reluctant to speak first. They literally got to the point where they had to undo the sole feature that was supposed to attract women to the app.

This is the funniest thing to me.

The Feminist Founder, the Capitalist is basically denied the very nature of women.
She is a woman herself, left Tinder because of "culture" or whatever...
Wants to make the dating world better for women..

But 99.99999% of the time, women do not approach.

NOT EVEN ONLINE.

Nobody is watching her
Nobody is judging her
No one can see it..

Yet women can't make the first move via an app.

That type of "reluctance" is going deep down to the very essence of women.

They keep trying to social engineer and technologically fix a woman's fundamental behavior.

I hope no one on here was only using dating apps to meet women :wtf:

Nothing beats the rush of chatting up a woman in real life. Yea you might have some anxiety but after knocking the rust off you’ll realize it’s not that serious.

You’ll realize all that online garbage about dating is just an echo chamber. People IRL move different.
There's brehs on here who think dating apps are better than cold approaching. :pachaha:
So yeah...there's your answer

The thing about the apps

on most apps, the paying user base is usually male

Take Bumble for instance

The gender ratio on Bumble is roughly 60% male to 40% female, according to a review of the app's user base. More specifically, a breakdown from March 2021 indicated that 67.4% of monthly active users were male, while 32.6% were female. This means there are more than double the number of men on Bumble compared to women.

Why aren't women on the apps?

Are women opting out of dating altogether?

Or are they finding people to date outside of the apps? Friends of friends/coworkers. And yes cold approach.

I don't have any data, but my sense is that the disparity is that more chicks (18-35) not needing to use apps rather than not dating at all.

But my mind can change with more evidence.

Tech companies in general are shrinking their staffing

But also

I said in another thread you cannot make apps that stack the odds so badly against the men and the lock all the tools to have a better chance through a pay wall. That won't work long term.

shyt simple:

Mafukkas don't need to PAY for the shyt! You can meet easily for FREE on Hinge. :dead:
There aren't any real benefits to PAYING for it.

Bumble algorithm penalizes a long term subscription.:dead: So there is a benefit for a subscription but only for a month. It will prioritize you for that month but if you keep the subscription after that it doesn't. So you need to end your subscription and use it for free then get the subscription later. But you won't need to for awhile because you will eat good off that 1 month you had a subscription.:blessed:

Dating apps still good.

Women all on them shyts.

+1
Also factor that instagram is considered the modern dating app in many ways. A very attractive chick with a public instagram living in a big city will probably have followers in the low thousands at minimum if she posts semi-regularly. She may have dozens if not 100s of unanswered DMs to take her pick from.

So probably not as much incentive for someone like her (or any chick active on socials) to consider Bumble, Tinder, Hinge, etc., unless they're specifically fed up with the quality of guys in her DMs or daily life.
