Not a chance in hell I will take that statement as you just being high of the hype. This is going to be the standard read a scroll or the this item to put the narrative together kind of game. The only thing that gives hope that it could differ from their other games is George Martins involvement and even then he might just help with the world building but you still have to gather the info for the story yourself.

Sadly , it’s a very real possibility that demons souls could end up looking way better than this. This prob won’t look better than even DS3 on last gen due to it being open world
