Real sports fans don't just argue numbers.
The truth is you could use the numbers to serve whatever argument you want. When the numbers suit your argument you publicly display them for all to see and when they don't you manipulate the interpretation. It's all bullshyt. Numbers are just numbers, they don't spell out everything. Greatness doesn't always make it's way onto the stat sheet.

stats is all you use to argue...and Lebron pads his greatly. Not to mention Lebron plays SF and is the primary ball handler for his team, his big men clear out so he can get defensive rebounds...a statistical comparison is usually going to favor Lebron.

Heat stans don't even really enjoy watching Lebrons game and they know it. Outside of his power dunks, what is there for them to be wow'd about?
