Cause this is true breh, no ONE gets credit for anything except Lebron.. Not even Wade got credit in 2012

Kyrie got a lot of props. that game winning shot got a lot plays all around the world....Lebron himself said something like they couldnt have done shyt without him..

i know what you mean and yeah wade get some props but the better player will always get credit when his team wins and the blame when his team loses.

That credit shyt never was never that important when jordan won his 6 titles. nobody was throwing around but what about pippen even tho he was always doing the bulk of the defensive duties on the opponent best player.

clyde drexler was playing great in 95 but al the credit went to the best player which was hakeem.

all the credit went to shaq during the lakers run even tho Kobe was putting the similar numbers, and even outplayed him sometimes and had some CRUCIAL plays .

it always been like that i dont know why people act brand new...i mean i know why but... :manny:

Not getting enough credit bothered Pippen though. If I remember correctly:yeshrug:

and whats crazy is even tho Shaq was MVP and got more credit, Kobe did get way more credit back then than Kyrie does now. Kobe's fanbase was already a cult well before he broke up with Shaq. Kyrie not even at that point yet and he knows it, thats why it looks like he been desperate to leave.

Bron like where's everybody else?

Speaks more to Bron than his team....39 seconds left and now you wanna push the ball and drive to the hoop like a freight train? This after spending the entire 3rd quarter rotating the ball cause his assist numbers were low at half time. :mjlol:

Someone help me keep track of the narrative.

For the last two years, I thought it was "This is Kyrie's team now! He is doing everything that matters on offense"

Suddenly for the last couple months we're running with, "Kyrie is tired of three years of being forced to play Bron ball."

I need to know - are we making an official after-the-fact narrative switch on who was running these games, or can we still use both simultaneously?

You had to work HARD to try to figure out some way to spin the 3rd quarter as a negative for Lebron. :russ:

Lebron was 3-5 for six points and five assists in the third quarter and the Cavs scored 33 points, cutting the Golden State lead in half from 11 to 5.

Lebron starting driving to the hoop in the fourth and doing it on his own when it became clear that Kyrie didn't have anything. Kyrie was 0-6 in the fourth and the Cavs only made one of their first five threes in the quarter. Lebron didn't even take his second shot of the period until Kyrie missed his first three, and then he just started trying to get to the hole and score as fast as he could and see what would happen. That's the only way you can score 27 points in a quarter when Kyrie doesn't put a single point on the board and no one other than JR can hit a three.

Ya'alls bar for an "essay" keeps getting lower and lower. :lolbron:

Okay, so we official then. It never was Kyrie's team, Lebron was always trying to take over and do it himself whenever it mattered, and you're an idiot if you called Kyrie the Cavs' MVP in 2016.

Well, a bit of an overreaction, but at least we're moving closer to reality than we've been the last three years.

Just like a Bron stan....pointing to stats instead of watching the game. Guess we're gonna ignore the over passing by Bron that led to a JR Smith 24 second violation....or passing to Derron Williams with the clock running down that caused a turnover. Anyone with a brain can see passing the ball was Bron's main objective coming outta the half. But nice try tho.

Not sure about Pippen and it never bothered him to the point of saying, fukk it, im gonna get my own team :ehh:

Cant be mad at kyrie for wanting to be his own man but why trying to go to teams that already have some established players where he wont probably be the first option.
And fukkery aside, why people are trying to turn this into a L for Bron ?
Thats a real question.

Thats why I think that there is more that the media and the sources tell us.

Its gonna be interesting to see what comes out of this either way.

peep the headline :umad:

And that same article has Kyrie just two months ago claiming:

"When you get to that level of trust and you allow someone to come into a friendship that extends well off the court, and you understand how great this era can be if we are selfless to the point where we don't think about anything else except for the greatness of our team and what we can accomplish."

Then after that you have the owner firing the general manager you like, doesn't get any other talent for the team, Lebron makes pretty damn clear he's leaving, the big trades go down where all the top talents find their new teams....and NOW you're going to request a trade when the team is going to be all yours in a year anyway?

It don't make no sense. The Spurs are clearly Kwahi's team. The Timberwolves are definitely going to be running things through Towns first and are loaded beyond that. But the Cavs are all Kawhi from June 2018 on. And why not make this request while Griffin was still around doing deals - why wait until now? If Gilbert had already known about this, he would have pulled the trigger on that PG13+Bledsoe deal, right?

I'm not putting anything past a guy who literally believes that the Earth is flat. But the explanation doesn't fit the timing or any logic at all. If he wants his own team, he can wait 11 months and he has it - he wouldn't be asking for a trade to San Antonio or Minnesota.

And fukkery aside, why people are trying to turn this into a L for Bron ?
Thats a real question.

People are trying to turn it into an L for Bron because the Earth continues to revolve around the Sun.

Remember, people have literally tried to turn the incredible comeback to beat the Spurs, singlehandedly dragging to Cavs to a six-game Finals appearance with Love and Kyrie out, and leading everyone in the Finals in every statistical category while coming back from 3-1 down into "L's" for Lebron. This is the first time that Lebron has had a major teammate ask out in his 14-year career (it took Kobe less than half that time) and he already made clear he's leaving first, but of course they gonna turn it into an L if they can.
