LeBron: "If I get 37 shots in a game, I'm going to put up 60, 70. Easy."

So being 1 series deeper makes Kobe all fatigued

yes idiot

his 5th-straight Finals run doesn't make Lebon fatigued.

mileage is different than fatigue...

And why was Kobe too fatigued to hit the clutch shots, but MWP (played more minutes than Kobe that game) and Pau (more rebounds, assists, blocks, and better shooting than Kobe that game) weren't?

Having the D geared towards him just maybe :ohhh:

Kobe's teammates hit 21 shots on 36% shooting, so Kobe was WAY below his team's efficiency and did almost nothing (2 assists on those 21 FGs) to help it. Lebron's teammates hit 26 shots on 43% shooting, so Lebron was close to his team's efficiency and was a LARGE part of the reason (13 assists on those 26 FGs) for why it was that high.

Rebounds don't create posessions? who knew

And I'm sure that when your five best teammates are TT, Mosgov, Shump, JR, and Delly, then your job isn't one bit harder than when your five best teammates are Pau, Bynum, Odom, MWP, and Fisher.

Kobe didn't hit clutch shots? Obviously you didn't even watch that game 7. And bad shooting is bad shooting. It doesn't matter if it was 7-24(Kobe's statline) or 14-37. I mean both guys got their teams the win but only one constantly got their efficiency brought up. You are just making a lot of excuses. Trying to cover up shyt with gold flakes doesn't mean that it wasn't shyt. And Lebron shot like shyt. Unless dumbasses like you want to apply the same efficiency arguments across the board, you need to shut the fukk up when referring to things like game 7 with Kobe.

Kobe made NO field goals in the final five minutes. You want to watch the game again? Pau and MWP hit the huge shots.

Bad shooting is bad shooting? Kobe was 6-24. That's 25 fukking percent.

Lebron was closer to shooting 50% than he was to shooting 25%. Kobe as a looong way from 40%....hell, if he had gotten up to Lebron's 42% series territory then Kobe would be all the way up to his own Finals average most years. But he wasn't even close.

Kobestan, where Kobe scoring 23 points on 25% shooting with 2 assists is just as good as Lebron scoring 37 points on 38% shooting with 13 assists.

We should also talk boards for a second - Kobe had only 4 offensive rebounds that whole game. He only created half as many possessions as Lebron, who had 8 offensive rebounds in his 18 boards. Kobe was just piling up defensive rebounds boxing out Ray Allen - and he wasn't even the leading rebounder on his own team - Pau had 3 more than Kobe did.

And "only one got their efficiency brought up"??? What kind of stupid shyt are you on? Lebron's low efficiency was a talking point THE WHOLE fukkING GAME.

Or

Demaree Carroll by himself with no rim protection.

Tony Allen played five minutes that game. five.

Ray Allen's porous 35-year'old man defense was on Kobe half the game, and PP was most of the other half. Don't believe me, look at the play-by-play and see which one of the Allens was the guy committing shooting fouls on Kobe that game.

I must have had a brain fart and momentarily forgotten that I was in Kobestan, where logic doesn't work at all.

Some people were upset at Kobe getting Finals MVP for his 6-24 game, therefore we need to say that Lebron must be garbage in his 37-18-13-3 with 2 huge clutch shots game. And we'll do that by resurrecting 2-year-old threads and bringing in a five-year-old game.

Kobestan is a stupid fukking place. I'm done with ya'all.

Or should we talk about you not telling the full story?

FOUR of LeBron's offensive rebounds, were off his own misses - FOUR offensive rebounds which he missed AGAIN. So he wasn't really creating twice the amount of possessions with his offensive rebounds than Kobe did, he was just rebounding him own misses, four shots which he missed again within the same movement. Basically they were empty possessions that didn't result in points (directly from his play).

Liar. Kobe missed just as many crunch time free throws as Pau, and Pau made more FTs than Kobe in crunch time.

Pau was 5-6 from the line in the final 5 minutes of that game. His miss came at 2:19 with the Lakers up 5.

Kobe was 3-4 from the line in the final 5 minutes of that game. His miss came at 3:20 with the Lakers up 4.

So now the argument is that Kobe had an awesome game because he was 3 for 4 from the line for a sizzling 75% in crunch time. :deadrose:

Kobe was outscored by Pau 7 to 3 in crunch time, and only 1 of Kobe's points came off of actual game-play (the other two were just off of an intentional foul with 25 seconds left after Pau had sealed the game with a huge offensive rebound.)

Keep on sucking at facts, brehs. Now you got me reentering a thread I had promised to leave for the second time today...but I just gotta correct lies in Kobestan land.

Kobe gave them the 4 point lead they never relinqueshed. Grabbed 4 defensive rebounds to help keep the lead, assistsed on Ron Artest's 3 that pushed the lead to 6 makes 2 more free throws to keep it a 5 point game. Yeah, Kobe was carried in the 4th. LMAO
