The Mavericks went through such a bloodbath in 2011 beating the 48 win Blazers in 6 games, sweeping the Lakers and beating the Thunder in 5 games.

The Thunder went through such a bloodbath in 2012 when they swept the 36 win Mavs and beat the 41 win Lakers lol.

The Spurs went through such a bloodbath in 2013 when they swept the Lakers, beat the Warriors in 6 and swept the Grizzlies.

Since Shaq left in 2004, Kobe's Lakers have only been able to beat the best team in the West in 3 out of 11 seasons, and the best team in the East 2 out of 3 seasons.

In that same span, Lebron's teams have beaten the best team in the West 2 out of 5 seasons, and the best team in the East 6 out of 11 seasons.

It only looks bad for Lebron if you view 1st and 2nd round losses as better than Finals losses.

Don't take away what the man has done. This is impressive. He's no doubt the best in our generation and it isn't close. I'm not trying to hear this west/east conference thing. The players should consider where they're signing more carefully. If you were a Max player wouldn't you try to sign in the east? Others would follow right along. FOH wit this thread
