Can someone post the NBA's health and safety protocols please?

In my opinion it basically means they have Covid its just a better-cleaner way to say it publicly. Even at a regular 9-5 job technically your boss or supervisor is supposed to say that an employee is out for an amount of time. He/she isn't supposed to tell fellow employees that "Oh Joe Schmoe is out with Covid right now" even though everyone would know that's the case

The contact tracing aspect is the part where it is confusing I guess. Shams is reporting he can come back if he tests negative twice in 24 hours, so I don't think he has COVID
