Relative to LeBron he's really not.
LeBron James and Kobe Bryant are the only two active basketball player names that everyone in America (and large parts of the world) know. They're household names. Y'all have taken this "Curry = Jordan" hyperbole to the point where you're acting like he already has 6 rings and is an established legend when in reality he's 7 years deep in this league and really just getting his feet off the ground. He's certainly popular but if you're making a movie and tryna put butts in seats and your choice is LeBron or Curry it's really a no-brainer.
On top of that, it's called Space Jam. Not Space Swish.
The only logical options were Kobe or LeBron and Kobe just retired sooo

I was actually talking to my brother about the 2 options they could go with. Lebron #1 of course but they could also have taken the kobe retirement thing and use it in the movie. Have kobe have to come out of retirement to help the looney tunes and have his final moment hooping saving the world lol....didnt kobe say he wants to tell stories for a living now
