I tired of this superteam talk the fall after bron left cleveland and I saw how awful that same roster was without him. There was no way he was winning shyt with them nikkas as his running mates. No superstar is going to sit around for 10-12 years praying that their front office gets their shyt together long enough to make their team an actual contender. People seem to forget that although stars were not leaving in free agency back in the day mainly because those nikkas was signing ridiculous as contracts that tied them to the same team for close to a decade, plenty of hall of famers forced a trade to a better situation, including KD and bron's biggest hater, barkley. The others including kareem, wilt, and drexler. Hell, even Kobe and hakeem demanded trades at one point. Only difference between then and now is players aren't waiting for management to make a trade to make them contenders, they're taking their destiny in their own hands. I'm mean really, what is the difference between red Auerbach wheeling and dealing to pair bird with 4 other hall of famers and bron or KD choosing to team with all-stars? Great players will always seek to put themselves in the best position to win. I for one don't begrudge it.

That's the first "superteam" list I've seen anyone make that actually makes sense. I tried for a while to think of a team that deserved to be added to this list and couldn't do it.

All of those teams were an elite team AND another star on top of that AND hot role players too. They all could lose a HOF player and still compete for a championship. That's ridiculous.
