96 Bulls? 01 Lakers? I don't agree at all...Half of that 96 Bulls team was discardable to say the least and the 01 Lakers had role players who were super dependable. That's like calling a Spurs squad a super team simply because they bought into and executed winning basketball strategy

85 Lakers
86 Celtics (Walton addition)
83 76ers
17 Warriors
Whatever the hell the Celts were doing in the 60s
92 Dream Team

In my opinion a super team is a team that can spare 2 all stars off their team and still probably make it to the second round
Nah, the '96 Bulls were definitely a super team. They had MJ, Pippen, and Rodman, which are three HoF's whose resumes speak for themselves. They had Ron Harper who sacrificed to become a defender and occasional midrange scorer, he was a 20/5/5 player in Los Angeles and Cleveland, they had Steve Kerr who is the lone 50/50/90 shooter in NBA history and a winning role player everywhere he went, Toni Kukoc a versatile 6'10 forward who could shoot, pass, rebound and won 6MOY, Luc Longley who was 7'2 and could protect the rim basically the Bogut of the 90's. They won 72 games in a weakened expansion era NBA. Considering the Bulls without MJ with just Pippen won 55 games and damn near made it to the Conference Finals (Hue Hollins call) it should let you know how ahead they were over the rest of the league.

Ok so just to be clear..... only Lebron is in his feelings but no one else is right? Thats the narrative we want to go with cuz we're supposed to Hate Bron?

So Curry, Klay, and Greene, never get in they feelings and their excuse is "drunk, joking, or playing" but Bron is emotional because..... well we're not supposed to like him because we dont want him to be Kobe or Jordan and since Curry, Klay, and Greene are no where near MJ/Kobe and would never come 100 miles of that, they not a threat, so we dismiss them and shyt on Bron for anything.... Lebron is in his feelings right?

I just wanna be clear with the propaganda we using for the smear campaign before I sign off:whoa:

lol but that has nothin to do wit the original point. U said draymond in his feelings about bron, but bron did the same thing last year and even carried it into the season, but I don't want to admit bron was in his feelings. But i am sorry bron is copping heavy pleas right now to make I seem like he ain't hurt, making IG quotes about the warriors, going full bald, doing full podcast about it and making all kinds of outlandish statements, nobody can score on him in the post outside of prime Shaq and that he never played on a super team.

Bron is a goat, but this run is making him look soft tho, stop making excuses and come back and try and get better. Both teams were healthy for the first time and y'all got destroyed, it happens that way sometimes like when the lakers faced the 08 celtics, Kobe didn't have the greatest finals and they loss, but all the constant trying to act like u don't care is lame.

Kg never mocked lebron stop it fool. Kg the one who told him to leave Cleveland and not spend his prime in Cleveland like he did in minn

Like in the 2015 finals in the press conferences he coming out saying they gonna win cause he the best player in the world, only to come out and get sonned.

Regardless of all that, don't matter who started it, shytted on everybody after they won the first chip cause everybody had been shytting on them all season(old retired players and current players), lebron won the next year and he shytted on them, now they won and they shytting on him. :yeshrug: Let bron handle this like a man

WWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTT A minute.

So you telling me.... that KG.... the same KG that trash talks and mocked every(mostly nonthreatening)one from Tim Duncan to white guys, and Europeans, who's none for mocking many cats.... never mocked Bron?

I'm not denying he may have told him to leave Cle, but he never said anything about him? I'm sorry... I just find that hard to believe knowing KG's character. Aint he the same cat that made the Lala comment?

Also, I'm glad you brought that point up..... that is a VERY interesting statement. So basically, this guy revealed his regrets to Lebron in the world and gave him sound advice kinda admitting if he can do it over again differently he would. Bron uses this wisdom and regular cats who love and respect Bron shyt on him for it?

Wow... this is revealing

I wanna make one thing clear first..... you are right but it some bull shyt.

Yea we got destroyed

But the only reason WE got destroyed was cuz cheating ass Warriors had bytch ass Zaza hurt our best player in KLeonard.... otherwise we'd more than likely take the Warriors in 6.

So lets make that shyt clear... I still feel like the Spurs were the better team

Back to original point, its not that I dont wanna admit whether or whether not Bron was in his feelings. I just get exhausted with the fact that no one wants to admit if or when other guys get in their feelings. Its like Lebron always has to be the only one that feels this one way and he's the only one so he's soft.

Ok lets say for a second he is soft and like some one said... lets say these are facts. But what to compare it to? What other guy has had this same level of constant scrutiny and been tougher that we can compare it to?

I mean maybe off 1st thought, what maybe Tiger Woods? But then look at him now? His whole world has came crashing down and he's a shell of who he was a decade ago while Bron is still surging and fairly successful. So who's really more soft or mentally weak and unstable? Who's really more in their feelings?

I just think its gets ridiculous and of hand how cats smear dudes with these labels.

And for the record again I will say it... WE THE SPURS would've beat GS..... not making EXCUSES. They had to hurt our best player to beat us and thats a Fact

I feel you and I dont remember a quote from Bron really shytting on KG either. And dancing in front of KG while KG's barking, screaming, and taunting Bron doesnt really feel like a diss:manny:

The main thing I see is bron brought most of this shyt on himself wit the way he acts. Remember he use to shyt on teams by dancing on the sidelines during games. When playoff time would come and faced a good team he would freeze up and start bitting his nails and differing to other players. That's a legit reason to get shyt on, cause it makes u look like a front runner.

But bron did not have that much pressure in Cleveland when he was losing to the celtics, cause they were a better team, so he deserved a pass, but going forward his career went into a weird space starting wit "the decision" wit holding a hour long show(:dead: the same shyt meek mill got shytted on for) before saying here he was going, saying they were going to win 7 ships before they played a game.

He got the world to hate him, he does shyt that would make the world hate him and then wonders why they hate him bro. It's stupid as fukk, all in all his fans want him to be worshipped now. Kobe and mj wasn't universally loved by nba fans until they retired, so why should he be

When it all started, the Warriors had won. Wtf would they need to be in their feelings for? You said they're in their feelings now for still shytting on Bron and them which is why I claimed Bron had to be in his feelings to ever say anything BY YOUR LOGIC. I'd call them sore winners, not bein in their feelings. I was applying your logic.

Luc wasn't slowing down the big men of that time at all. Ron averaged 6 pts on a Jordan less Bulls in 94-95 so I can't really get down with the dumbed down to double my dollars argument. Another thing if I remember correctly was Ron would start games but wouldn't finish them. I remember a lot of MJ, Pip, Dennis, Toni & Steve unless they needed Luc to bang if the team had great big man in the middle Playing along with your argument however let's say there were 7 players on The Bulls worth a damn...cool. Was that more than what their competition had? Not really. Sonics, Jazz and Blazers pretty much had 6 or so contributors. Now compare that to this year's Dubs who were comfortable going 11 deep in The Finals! That's unheard of...The Bulls had 2 Top 10 players, a 6moy, a great 3 pt shooter and a defensive/rebounding stalwart...you know who else could say the same thing? The modern day Clippers...Did you at any point say The Clippers were a super team?

So dancing on the sidelines is a reason to hate on him or for people to hate on him? I mean I get what you're saying but lets just take a moment to look at this.

"Ooooooooooh you're having fun with your team and I cant stand you for that!:fire:" Is it me or is that kinda silly.

Also before that when he was just minding his business and playing ball..... wasnt he already getting shytted on and clowned for absolutely nothing? Like for YEARS prior to his 1st ring (Ringless King) when all the Skip Bays was out there shytting on him. So the moment he cuts loose, we have a problem with it?

Differing? You mean give the ball to open players like how every coach from the 1st time you have a ball placed in your hand teaches you? Thats one of the main knocks and narratives I hate the most about Bron. Cuz as a guy that actually coaches the youth, it goes completely against the message of what you want to teach these kids. Its fine and dandy if I have the best player on my team on the court, but if there is a wide open guy that typically makes and can make that shot, I dont want my star player playing HERO ball and going up against 2-4 players. Make the right play and get the ball in the open man's hand.

I've coached for 10 years from as young as 3rd graders up to college kids when I coached my intramural ball team from college... who I actually coached to the championship where we lost cuz my players decided to celebrate too early and got high/drunk before the game and didnt show up. Forcing even me to play to fill out the roster. And being I couldnt really coach and didnt have my main players.... my 17/12/8 wasnt enough to win

The Decision? We off that, that wasnt fully his decision and it was for charity, which if I recall did raise what.... about a million for his foundation for black kids?

7 championships? I cant knock him for that... if that what makes people mad then I guess I can see that thought ironically he has played in 8 straight finals so go figure that

I agree, I dont think he should be worshiped and I agree, Kobe and MJ werent when they played either.... well maybe not MJ, cuz lets be real Kobe been fairly worshipped heavily since Denver.

But I also agree that cats shouldnt hate on Bron to the level and every opportunity they get at this point. This dude has already proved a lot and lived up to a hype. Its been past time to jump on the next person's neck cuz the "hate on Bron" thing is non longer entertaining.

I mean there is Harden, Dwight, CP3, Melo, Blake, Russ, Rose, many other guys that are all:unsure::whistle: hiding under the shadows of Bron hate that are more deserving at this point

When it all started, the Warriors had won. Wtf would they need to be in their feelings for? Youre right and I'm asking the same question, why were they? The so called "Brons response" is just that.... a RESPONSE to something that was shot at him 1st. Ok since cats love to bring up all the times Bron lost in the finals lets look back at that. Bron never had to respond to the Spurs twice or the Mavs. But its interesting that his RESPONSES all came via the shots fired at him by the Warriors.

Thats not really logic... just kinda common sense as to what a response normally is. But I do agree with you on one thing. They are sore winners and thats why I cant wait for the Spurs to see them again

Longley could hit the midrange, set screens, and protect the rim well at 7'2, also he was a good passer too he averaged 3.5 assists per 36 minutes in the Triangle, that's why I compared him to Bogut. Bogut is better but in his day Longley was the Aussie big man. Also, part of Phil Jackson's defensive scheme has always been to keep three 7-footers, 18 fouls for use in the lane.

Ron was putting up numbers before the Bulls, he himself said he sacrificed to win games, and was giving Kevin Love advice on doing the same upon joining the Cavaliers...
His first season in Chicago, in 1994-95, when Michael Jordan was in the second year of his leave to play minor league baseball, was hard on Harper. His minutes were slashed in half and his scoring plummeted from 20.1 points (with the Clippers in 1993-94) to 6.9 as a 31 year old with the Bulls. Harper had been having a hard time with the role laid out for him by coach Phil Jackson when Jordan made his dramatic return to the Bulls for the end of that season.

"I struggled sitting on the end of the bench," Harper said. "Phil told me, 'Keep your head up, you'll get your chance.' When we got to the playoffs and we played Penny Hardaway, a big guard (for the Orlando Magic), Phil said, 'You're going to start. I want you to guard Penny Hardaway.' I'm the 11th man on the bench. He said, 'Next season I see us going with big guards: you, Scottie (Pippen) and MJ. This is your chance to show me that you can play point guard.'

It's not that Ron didn't have the talent, it's that Phil wanted him to play a role of lockdown defender and occasional scorer in a much reduced role than what he had earlier in his career, you could still see old Ron in flashes. You can't really compare a Michael Jordan-led, Phil Jackson-coached team to the Clippers, teams are deeper now on average than the expansion era 90's as well.

The '96 Bulls as of 2015 actually have the highest plus/minus of any supporting cast in NBA history
