This BS again.

Lebron's first ring had him dragging a crippled Wade, that was getting his knee drained after games, and a Bosh who couldn't even play for the better part of two series to a ring.

Last year, Wade averaged 15.9 PPG on 45% compared to Pau Gasol's first championship run averaging 18.3 PPG on 58% shooting but Wade was more helpful than Gasol right? How about Gasol grabbing double digit rebounds too?

Wade averaged less PPG, last year, than Terry did during Dirk's championship run.

FOH

Heat stan.

Wade's stats decreased because Wade sacrifices his production. HE'S STILL THE THIRD BEST SHOOTING GUARD TO EVER PLAY. And when he's called on, he can still perform up to that caliber :stopitslime:

You can't be dumb enough to think Jason Terry is better than Wade.

You can't be dumb enough to think Pau Gasol is better than Wade.

Maybe you are.

Go look up Wade's stats last year and compare them to other championship second options like Kareem and Magic, Pippen and Jordan, Kobe and Shaq / Gasol, etc.

More Heat stan garbage.

Wade on another team goes back to averaging 27ppg. Because he's a top 5 player in the NBA in his own right.

Wade has a NBA championship and a Finals MVP on his own.

Something Pippen never did and never was (a top 5 player). Don't compare them.

Something Gasol never did and never was (a top 5 player). Don't compare them.

Kobe and Shaq didn't team up to join a superteam. Neither did Magic and Kareem. Don't compare them.

Don't disminish Wade to suck off your God. Lebron needed a top 5 player and another top 20 player as his teammates to win rings. He couldn't get the job done with Jason Terry/Shawn Marion/Jason Kid/Tyson Chandler level players like Dirk Nowitzi. He took the easy way out, stacking his teams full of superstar talent to overwhelm other teams :stopitslime:

It is when you realize that Lebron has two rings ad the unquestioned man, same as Kobe, plus 4 MVPs. You gonna argue that Pippen is top 10? He got 6 rings and he's a great player.

There is no way Kobe's better than Lebron. Lebron has been scoring Kive-esque numbers on higher efficiency since his sophomore year in the league.

You put Kobe on the Heat and you instantly lose Lebron's passing, playmaking, top-tier defense, efficiency, and insane rebounding for similar levels of scoring. It's why Wade and Bosh get injured and Lebron is able to fill in the most important gaps needed.

You can't just plug random players into the Heat, off of name alone, and think everything is great. Lebron has elite perimeter and big man impact that most players simply can't replicate. Kobe is a versatile scorer but that teams loses size, defensive versatility, rebounding, efficiency, inside presence, playmaking, passing, etc.
all you care about is numbers, when the players themselves care way more about winning. Based off that criteria, Kobe is better than LeBron. When it comes to superstars, winning championships is the standard. Kobe has 5, LeBron has 2. its that simple. there isnt a significant enough statistical difference to even justify exploring that area of analysis, considering the circumstance, being Kobe's 5 rings to LeBron's 2. :sas2:

how is a top 5 player of all time have only 2 rings? you can argue if he stays with the heat this might be his last shot to win a ring in his career in his prime....hes lucky he aint lose last year too....and he has a good chance of losing this year too...so what is making him easily better than all these other greats?
He's gonna have three this year because even if the Thunder get past the Spurs they're not stopping the Heat and as we saw last year, simply putting Kawai Leonard on Bron is not enough

there is no way in hell the thunder beat the spurs and there is an extremely great chance the spurs win it all this year...extremely greater than the heat winning it.....so how is lebron gonna be piling up more rings in the future when everyone is only getting better in the league?

it's all opinion, don't see why people get upset at these shyts lol...anyway, the thing about these lists that are tricky is how they're constructed....do you go by position or just by player skill? do you go by accomplishments? what are you using to go by....I don't do a top 5 list, I just go with a starting 5...and in that case, as of right now, bron would be in my all time starting 5....him, mj, magic, Duncan, kareem...

Top 5 nah, but he has a chance. He needs to at least 5 rings before being considered top 5 imo. He has had too many mental collapses already on the biggest stage. Actually if had at least not wet the bed against Dallas I'd say this argument had some merit, because then he'd be sitting on 3 rings heading (possibly) to his 4th.

He's top 2-3 at his position for sure though.

Breh it's going down...Pop missed his window last year. This is the way it's going to be until Wade or Bosh finally fall off completely.

Remember...Bron took BUMS to great heights. These ain't bums. Even at half strength, they're still better than what Bron was dealing with in Cleveland

Never...... until he proves he can dominate without having a team full of superstars and HOF's. On another team, Dwyane Wade would be a rival to Durant and Bron, as the best SG in the league. Bosh would go back to being a top 5 forward on another squad. Ray Allen is the best three point shooter to lace up in NBA history, alongside Curry. These are his teammates. He can't win with a Pau Gasol or a Jason Terry or a Manu Ginobli or a Chauncey Billups....he has to have the BEST players in the league so his team is so lopsided, it's no competition.

:fiddy: McHale Parrish Ainge etc.

only way the thunder are beating SA is if the refs dominate the rest of the series and allow the thunder to stay in games....the spurs this year will not be denied...I just have a hard time buying not believing in that team when they realistically should be defending champs....people need to realize how close miami was to losing last year and not think that they can just run through the league...cuz they really cant....winning championships comes with alot of luck too not just skill....I just think the league overall is too talented to think one team can dominate for so long. Lebron HAS to win more than 3 to really be considered as one of the top 5 players ever....and I dont see that happening if he doesnt leave the heat this year...and if doesnt win it all which realistically can happen this year.....hes gonna be stuck at 2 for a while. Wade is not the same wade...bosh is nothing teams lose sleep over...the heat role players are terrible besides anderson. The league is just too deep and good for one team to dominate IMO.

bron does not have bird's iq and bron and these heat would not have beat the best celtic's team.
bron and the heat would not have beat the badboys, bulls first repeat doberman defense team.
nor, the 69-13 sixers, or the laker 69-13, either.
i am huge on bron, but i saw the celt's and bird in person in the off's twice.
after mike went for 63, and then again the next year when the bulls got bounced by the celt's.

bron, is good in the low bball iq era, but in the old high iq nba.
bron would have gotten exposed, by better solid teams.
that bird and the celt's had a mental and execution edge on, to own the whole league.

magic need:

kareem
worthy: worthy was the difference maker, but i don't see the heat beating the celts.
plus, they have no interior d.

if len bias lived, i really don't see anyone beating the celt's in the eighties.
as len bias was the goat jordan's only actual equal.
bias could have been as good.
argueably better and had a MUCH higher bball iq than bron, too.
plus, he could kill a zone, where bron has had historical issues with zones.
bias owned the zone, and so did BIRD.

celt's would have had a whip

dj
bias
bird
mchale
chief

i don't know if i can say bron was better at sf, than:

connie hawkins
dr j

no way, bron is the best sf of all time.
you could use the rings arguement, but real talk, as a skilled ball player.
bron is not better than hawkins, or dr j.

art barr
I wont argue with you cause I never saw Connie Hawikins play (not sure if you have either) and Dr J was the man but if im choosing im still gonna take Bron. You act like Bro is not skilled and doesn't have an excellent basketball IQ. At that size with his skillset and passing ability I believe Bron would fit in and be a great player in any era.

How has he passed legend? Lebron needs 2 more finals mvps and another mvp before we can consider him better than legend
Why does he need that to surpass Bird though. He's already got the same amount of Finals MVP's as Bird and one more regular season MVP as well.
