Yup keep all their compensation in stocks/equity and take out large bullet loans against that equity with less than 1% interest rates that they don't have to pay off for 10 years. The funny thing is they used to use the how little "salary" they make as PR to make them look good. "Steve Jobs only makes $50k a year in salary"

Yeah that “I only take $1/year in salary and if my employees do not get a raise, neither do I”…but got $500M worth of shares fully vested. He puts a moratorium on raises across the company and justifies it by keeping his $1/year but in the process his shares grew by 10%.

Straight up scam.

LLC is for business liability, you're automatically taxed as disregarded entity unless you tell the IRS to tax you as partnership, c corp or s corp

even if you don't really want to run a business just have an LLC in your name
:mjlol:

what's crazy to me is.. the more rich one becames.. the less he can potentially pay in taxes... ass backwards.

poor people contribute nothing. if the poor people got taxed less, the rich more, what motivation is there to work?
it's rich people who donate to politicians, hospitals, universities, museums etc.
it's the middle class that pays the most taxes, they're the ones keeping the country afloat

Yup…100 thank you for bringing good information to the table. They wrap that nikka’s whole business up on a one sheeter they attach to the personal return.

You only get taxed on realized gains (stock appreciation). I wonder how much of Blamer's cash flow is tied to capital gains which historically had a lower tax rate than earned income. Ballmer probably gets deductions from taxable income but Lebron probably des too with his charitable contributions.

Most of lebron's money is salary and endorsements, which is taxed as income. Ballmer is mostly stock rich which is lower taxed capital gains

Facts! It cracks me up how idiots on here always have an opinion on shyt they are clearly too stupid to comprehend.

Coli accountants be like Lebron paying 36 percent taxes he needs to hire me to be his accountant...:unimpressed:

Right. All these athletes salaries are public information they can’t hide shyt. In fact they’re even under more scrutiny because they have to pay state tax for all their away games.

balmer's money comes from investments and "loans". he's slick with the taxation. majority of lebrons money comes from the nba so he's subject to different tax rates
