Those Robinson led teams were good but always underperformed in the playoffs. All the time. Fools gold regular season wins.
And Robinson was never the same after his injuries. It was clear that he lost a step. Duncan never got to play with prime Drob.

The answer is Bron. Duncan would've been great anywhere he went, but you guys are crazy if you think that he didn't benefit tremendously from having a Superstar Center and Great Coach from the getgo. On top of these perks that LeBron HAS NEVER had the luxury of acquiring, Duncan had an amazing front office and scouting Department that ALWAYS got steals in the later stages of the draft.

Just the sheer fact that Duncan managed to continuously get to the finals in an era where Kobe, Chris Webber and countless other talents reigned is a testament to how good his squads were. For fukks sake, LeBron is lucky(or unlucky depending on your stance) that he even got to the Finals in 07' with that garbage ass squad and it took a weak conference to get that done.

Then nikkas bring up titles, but don't realize the trash squads that Duncan faced in those Finals. That heat team in 2014 was just bad. Wade looked like he was about to retire that year and the whole team was one of the oldest teams in the league(older than the spurs actually). Bron was the only one that showed up in that series.

the Lakers would have won if they reached the Finals in 03 but beating the Mavericks or Kings before Dirk and Webber went down? I don't think so.
