LeBron is a black man from poverty who can relate to the people. He's literally beat the odds and his success more so off the court speaks volume. I know the word "c00n" isn't used right knowingly on here more often for daps and chuckles, but on some real s*** if that word is thrown with serious context in LeBron's direction you're either a cac or seriously misinformed.

This thread is filled with fatherless Bron stans that are jumping at the chance to jump on his post HGH dikk. Reason people dislike Bron is not because of his stance on social issues it is because he is a p*ssy. Dude is a coward deep down inside, I don't know what black people find cool about that. :manny:

I don't care what he says. He should have never gone back to Gilbert. NEVER!!! He could have gone anywhere else if he wanted to, but back to making Gilbert a couple more billions afgter treating him like a runaway slave ? Can't respect him anymore, although I agree with him in that interview

Is this the same guy that grew up with a white foster family in Ohio? :sas2:

You might be onto something...If LeBron grew up with a white foster family then that must mean racism doesn't exist anymore...:ohhh:

FOH, cac. The two aren't related. Also, fuuck his foster family. :camby:

George Washington Carver grew up with white foster parents and they castrated him...literally. :camron:

Negged for making this phakkit Bron out to be Malcolm X for some lame ass interview. Let's see Bron do something for social justice beside taking a picture with a hoodie on (which was a fad anyway).

Anyone paying attention know Lebron is the modern evolution of socially conscious superstars like Ali. Since we live in a corporately controlled globalized universe, there are more considerations than in Ali's era, so being fiercely pro black can come with severe financial ramifications. Lebron has recognized this and artfully kept his views understated as to not arouse the anti-black hatred of a country supported by racist apparatuses. Its a tightrope Lebron has walked beautifully, and his powerful response to the Trayon Martin tragedy is evidence that when push comes to shove there's no confusion on where he stands.

Im not looking for an athlete to be a Marcus Garvey/MLK hybrid. Hes a ball player. I just want to know he cares, and considers him to be one of "us". In a way its like the reverse southern strategy, where high profile white men use deceptively demeaning language against people of color, so that their racist base understands they are with "them" without saying so explicitly. Lebron has no problem letting us know he is with "us", and thats a great psychological feeling, and thats all I need to know. I dont see eye to eye with him on everything, but Im proud of him.
I mean also keep in mind that Ali was a boxer :yeshrug:

If there's a sport where being hated will only increase your earnings, it's boxing.

Floyd Mayweather could recite Rass Kass' Nature of the Threat on live television if he wanted to, and his money would still be straight..

The Kobe fans on here like me and @2Quik4UHoes or houston, etc., speak more about black issues than a majority of the LeBron stans on here. We just have the ability to not see things in black and white and we know what the word "c00n" actually means. You guys have turned it into anyone who says something that the majority of black people won't like. Kobe Bryant obviously is not tuned into the struggles of Black America, neither is Blake Griffin or so many other people of color who have grown up privileged in this generation. They think racism = guy with the KKK hoody and that refusing to acknowledge race = being post-racial and that is beneficial. They are wrong, but they're not c00ns. Kobe's not out there selling out black people like Clarence Thomas. I saw suburban black people like Kobe Bryant everyday in college and I used to :smh: and try to explain shyt to them. It's really a result of a gap in American education and parenting where cats think racism ended with MLK.
:wow: @ you describing yourself Houston and 2 Quick as "fans" and the LeBron fans as "stans"

At least you're consistent with your intellectual dishonesty and lack of self awareness

:russ:

Oh and why is this stickied? Fukk LeBron and his "saying something without really saying nothing" social commentary

I wonder how much he really weighed if he says he's down to 250 now. Maybe that 274 number that was put out a few years ago was correct.
