Much the same way the Suns were stacked the year before they got Nash, despite going 29-53. There's young talent on that Cavs team that just needs guidance and a leader.

I like Varejao, but he's going to be 32 and they need to get younger/bigger at the 5 moving forward.
Much the same way the Suns never won a ship?? We talm bout being competitive or winning ships here?

Wait, so if he takes the easy way out to win. Why wouldn't he just take another pay cut and go to another championship contender? :dahell:

Because he already did that for 4 years. Now he wants to make max money. He'd rather make max money and look good in Cleveland with all eyes on him again as he returns as the hero than retool in MIA and make something happen after a loss.

Or maybe he just wanted to go play home? See the thing about cats like you is that you don't realize that Bron would be shytted on by certain people no matter what he does. Maybe he just said fukk it and decided to go home? Naw, that'd mean he had good intentions and we know that can't be true. Keep shytting on him like you do Obama.

He could have walked into LA or Houston, or damn near any other team and got the max

If LeBron had stayed on the Cavs and won 1 title, it would count to me more than any titles he wins now. If he ended his career with just 1 or 2 organic Cleveland rings he would be a greater player in my book. Instead he is a mental midget with absolutely no loyalty. Once again LeBron's scapegoat is set in Wiggins and the youth of the Cavs and this dude will put up massive numbers with no accountability. His dream.

I've never seen a player of his caliber make so many excuses for his own failures. Just this season we saw this nonsense

http://deadspin.com/lebron-shut-down-by-spurs-blames-his-mask-and-sleeves-1538536471

This dude blamed a piece of clothing that everyone else had to wear for his own poor play, that's the type of dude we're dealing with here.

Then this dude despicably blamed Wade's HEALTH for his own poor play, all in the same season
http://www.chatsports.com/miami-hea...HealthRole-for-His-Recent-Struggles-2-9497755

So what type of dude are we dealing with? A dude who was loyal and regretful about leaving Cleveland or a shady opportunist who always seeks the path of least resistance? It's leaning towards the latter.

He left Cleveland because they couldn't get over the hump and make it to the Finals after losing twice to the Celtics and once to the Magic. So what does he do? He goes to a team that is almost ASSURED to beat the Celtics just on talent alone. You know who else had to play against a more talented team with championship pedigree known to be a little gritty and dirty? MJ.

Look at MJ face at the end of this video, he seems defeated and crushed. He averaged 35 POINTS PER GAME against one of the best defensive teams ever and still lost.

Game 7 he scores 43 points.

So as you can see MJ lost 3 times to the same team in his prime. He didn't run away to another team or choose the path of least resistance because he wanted one thing and one thing only and that was to beat the Pistons.

Lebron holds no such aspirations. He left Cleveland as soon as he could and holds no aspirations of getting back at the Spurs. I lost respect for him when he joined the Heat and now what little respect of mine he's gained is gone. A real champion would have bounced back after this adversity and said "You know what, they think our team is flawed, that we can't beat the Spurs, lets show them." This thought doesn't even cross his head. He just opts for the path of LEAST RESISTANCE. He even talks about losing in his lame ass open letter. How can you be a fan of a dude who doesn't even embrace the spotlight?

If LeBron had stayed on the Cavs and won 1 title, it would count to me more than any titles he wins now. But not the storyline. Day ONE in LA he would be expected to win a ring. Anything short of that would have been a failure. He would get the spotlight 24/7 and criticism like never before, even from the teammates.

Houston would be expected also to win a title off rip where as he gets the max in Cleveland and isn't expected to do a god damn thing and is already a hero in his hometown. He gets the best of both worlds. IF he wins he wins, if not it's whatever.

He decided that because the Heat got smashed. If they won he would have resigned and I think that's obvious. I don't think he has good intentions because of the way he swagged on his own hometown the first time, that doesn't seem like a good intentions type of play to me.

Also, at least LeBron is the best player in the league and a legend, Obama is a fukking scrub :mjlol:

Lebron has put himself in a great situation. Whether he went back home due to undercover pressure from his people, from the league or if he really went mostly because he wanted to.

Either way, he has solid youth on the team, guys that won't be eligible to make what he's making for a while in Kyrie & possibly Love...and the young players to follow. So that'll only help the cap structure for years to come. It was really smart of him to not continue playing with the guys with the same tenure as him because of the money due. It was methodical, and should pay off.

There will come a point where he'll be pressured to win at least one title, but he's really way ahead of schedule in the accolades dept despite what many try to say.
