Say what you want but don't act like Bron isn't guilty of playing passively at times. He hasn't always turned it up another level when the stakes called for it. Bron is that dude but he has shrunk in the moment before.

That's pretty much any star not named Jordan. Saying Lebron has played passive isn't as stupid as saying he doesn't have that next level like Kobe, magic, Duncan, etc.

Lebron has turned it up numerous times in his playoff career and went next level but you ignored all that shyt to make your stupid statement. Go ask Detroit, Spurs, Boston, OKC, Indiana, and prett much every team Lebron has player in the playoffs in the past 6-7 years alone because everyone has seen Lebron has a playoff hear.,

Just like every other athlete on earth. Who are these players ya'll watch that turn into the Incredible Hulk to take over games and will their teams to victory every single time? The closest one I can think of is........

Lebron James :troll:

Edit: They beat me to it. That narrative is dead.

Part of this myth. Part of it is just flat-out untrue. Has Bron played too passive before? Yes. Has it happened as regularly as folks suggest? Not even close. You got 2011 Finals, game 5 against BOS and thats it. Kobe has his fair share of passive and/shrinking moments but they get overlooked because people have decided he is a clutch killer. Timothy and Magic and numerous other legends have shyt the bed but folks stay acting like Bron the only one. nikka with the highest elimination game and game 7 scoring avg. doesnt turn it up when the stakes call for it enough :mjlol:.

Basically.

The nicca Bron iced the championship (FOR CLEVELAND) by shooting clutch FTs with a broken wrist.
Everybody can shut the fucc up criticizing him for at least 4 months.

I could care less if a player wills his team to victory. Just want maximum effort from my superstar player in critical moments.

Isn't that the curve they grade him and that's Jordan. You call my statement stupid but I stand by it. Bron has bought it a lot over the years but there is no doubt that I have seen him playing at a level below his normal play too sometimes when the game was tight or if his team was down.

I've never said he shrunk in the moment a lot but it has happened before. Game 7's aren't the only time for a player to be clutch. I hate that I have to defend myself cause it makes be look like a Bron hater but it is what it is. Love the fact that he got his 3rd ring but let's not act like even in this past series he wasn't playing passively at times. Bron played a whole lot different pre Bogut injury and post Bogut injury. He wasn't as eager to go to the cup with that big 7 footer out there while I personally wanted him to go hard everytime and draw a foul. That's what I mean when I say he plays passively from time to time.

That's EVERY SINGLE PLAYER EVER! Kobe, Bird, Duncan, and other players that you're comparing him too. You said that Lebron doesn't have a next gear but that's complete bullshyt because he has consistently went into that other gear constantly. You have people who constantly think that other teams can compete with Lebron or that he's lost a step every year but he shows out in the playoffs to show he's still elite.

Lebron is a fukking human being so he's had games where he's struggled or he was obviously frustrated but that's the vast minority. Dude has 3 goddamn rings and 3 FMVPs.

Lebron hasn't lost an Eastern conference series in 6 years and he just lead the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history but @Reggie would like to talk about the outliers in Bron's career.

Just say you don't like him its okay....everything is gonna be okay
nikka been my favorite player since before he was drafted. Check my post history and see how much I hate Bron.

And my point that you overlooked is what other player can you name that has never shrunk in the moment? He's a human, not a perfect robot. Are you really expecting perfection out of this dude? People underestimate what it takes to put on performances like he did in games 5-7 on both ends. That ain't some shyt you can do every night. There is no time that is more clutch and more in need of a great players stepping up than when the season is on the line. When are the stakes higher than that?

Didn't Bron have like 30 pts before Bogut got hurt? He kept his team in the game on the road with the season on the line and Klay going ape shyt in the first half. His problem in the first couple games was actually that he was trying to force the drive too much and not trusting his jumper. You can't go hard every time against a quality defense. That is like saying you want a QB with a big arm to throw it up deep every time. The other team would love that. You have to mix it up and keep them on edge. Once he started doing that he took over the series.
