Not just for Civil Rights. Labor and union rights as well. The importance of the M in all of that is the reason why the powers that be in that state have been getting their lick back for decades now. Memphis tourism funded that shythole state just like NOLA for Louisiana. I saw nikkas on IG co-signing this nikka BS statement when that area, the arena, and hotel is located, is 100% the safest area in the entire city. You gotta be a dumb mf to commit a crime in the vicinity of FedEx Forum or Beale. Now, once you get out of that area, it's a different story, but the city is structured differently from other cities.

Does Memphis has room to grow sure it does. But for that to happen you'll need

1. Black folks to work together. Get rid of that crab mentality and street culture.

2. Have racist ass crackas invest in the city with economic opportunities.

Neither of that is gonna happen. That entire Mississippi delta region is trash
