Is that on the UM campus? No sir. I live about half an hour north of Miami so I did my shyt locally, but UM hospital were the only place in south florida offering the PRP so I had to go down near the campus to have it done. I'm really considering doing it again though cause I've heard sometimes you need multiple injections.

For a good while I was bulking but I'm trying to cut down to like 165-170ish right now. I just stopped running for a good while but I'm trying to get back in it so that's why I'm trying to get my shyt straight

Nah, ankle. You can have it done anywhere tho. It might help you, bad knees suck tho man, pretty tough to offset that. You should try arthoscopy if you haven't had it done, could help you if you have scar tissue.
