why would a world class athlete deprive himself of carbs? if you're doing that much physical activity, you actually need something for energy.

he just said he had no sugar or carbs, and mentioned eating fruit which is sugar and carbs tho :dahell:

Long as you keep your calories in a surplus and lift heavy you won't lose muscle mass regardless of carb intake. Carbs are a great energy source and since they're typically calorically dense it's easy to pack on calories with them, but they're really not that bad for you.

Carbs help provide your muscles with glycogen and you're gonna store water with glycogen. That's why people think they're magically shedding lots of body fat on lowcarb diets. A lot of it is water weight.

Those drugs just take strength and recovery to a whole 'nother level. Half of the 17-21 year olds in your local gym are on all kinds of prohormones and steroids, pro athletes gotta be retards to not hop on that shyt. Long as you dose it carefully and watch yourself you can get the good shyt that isn't as toxic.

It's easy to bypass the tests anyway and even still much of the drugs are easily administered and hard to detect. With that in mind, I think it's safe to say most if not all are taking shyt the layman would declare as a 'PED'.

Are they dangerous?

Everything is potentially dangerous, but if you take organ blockers and do PCT i'm sure you'll be ok. Like I said, some are more toxic than others.

Prohormones are usually very toxic

What about recovering from sports injuries?

Ehhhh, honestly breh, this is where HGH or test comes in. Not too sure about test but HGH is a miracle drug for recovering from overall fatigue and sports injuries. That's why it's so popular with pros. There is some performance enhancement from it but primarily it's used as a recovery agent.

Prohormones are toxic as fukk, prohormones are basically designer steroids, they would probably do you more harm than good. Unless you're taking a low dose and strictly trying to make gains as far as lifting goes, don't fukk with prohormones. There's a lot less toxic shyt to take for that.

I don't personally use any of them but I know people that do and I do a lot of reading on them cause it's interesting to me
