What type of sugars and carbs though? There are bad types and there are good types of each. There are levels to them breh.


And how do you know that? It's not hard to cut carbs, lose weight and maintain strength. I did it for a time last summer and was good. And I'm not an elite level athlete with access to the best trainers, nutritionists, etc.
I got the fish...and the FRUIT....I don't play low poooosssssst....no more

Lebron issue has never been body fat this post makes zero since. He's trying to lose weight period1. No carbs to lose weight is what a lot of people do. Even athletes. Especially athletes trying to reduce their body fat.
2. Even after losing weight, he's still a huge human being. And he'll probably be quicker and have better stamina.
3. A lot of you have no clue what HGH does.

I lost 32 pounds in 37 days before I went to bootcamp just by cutting out carbs and the sugars...
For me just cutting out the breads,pastas and shyt helped...only had one cheesteak in that whole timespan too..ate nothing but chicken,fish,spinach. My cheat snack was an apple with one scoop of peanut butter.![]()
