Its is a ten mil pay cut. But if Bron wanted Melo to come to the Heat then him making that money off the Beats deal would lessen the affect of him taking that pay cut.

There's no way Melo is going to Miami without Lebron and help. The pressure on him(to live up to Bron tenure in Miami) would be enormous. I dont think he's built for that.
