We freaked out because this trade accomplished 2 things;

1. Swung titles and robbed us of some classic boston/spurs finals

2. Saved Kobe's legacy and gave him a chance to win a ring(s) as the best player on the team. We didn't want kobe to get another dominant big man because we knew what was going to be happening in June.

If Lebron decision is 100% about basketball and winning then he would either go to the spurs or clippers as they have the top 2 coaches in basketball that will utilize his talent to the fullest.

I wish he come to chicago, but won't for 2 reasons;

1. Thibbs would run him into the ground. There won't be lebron signaling to come out of games when he retires or free lancing on the court as much as he does now.

2. The shadow of Michael Jordan. The pressure of having to live up to Jordan's standard would be a heavy burden that lebron has shown he cannot and will not carry on him. Lebron doesn't have the guts or the fortitude to try and trump Michael Jordan.
