Are we still on this "mike created everything about the 1989-1998 bulls" story? No credit to the organization for getting great talent or for the COACHES for developing talent and putting them into position to succeed, you know like coaches are supposed to do?

so now its backtracking and saying its management :stopitslime:

point is, MJ didnt get prime free agents packaged and gift wrapped to him. He stayed with what he had and overcame that shyt.

so you basically knocking MJ for creating and sticking with Pippen and winning rings vs kobe bytching and moaning and getting already prime big name players coming to him?? really??

Michael Jordan's career resume without Scottie Pippen:

5 seasons

182-228 career record with a lowly.444 winning percentage

3 playoff appearances, 1-9 career playoff record, with a :scusthov: .010 winning percentage in the playoffs, and swept in 2 of his 3 playoff apperances without a HOF player by his side
In those 5 seasons, he was a 5x All-Star and had 1 single All-NBA Team appearance in 5 seasons. That's it.:sas1:

No rings, MVPs, defensive teams, multiple all-nba team apperances...none of that

:sas2:

Stop right there......If Kobe?:childplease:

If if was a fifth, we'd all be drunk:ahh:

.
He didnt get Dennis Rodman, the best European player at the time Toni Kukoc, and Ron Harper (who was coming off a Clippers career where he averaged 20, 6 , 5, and 2 steals over 5 seasons)?:comeon:

We including Kobe in his 19th season right? Why not include Jordan in his 14th and 15th seasons:ahh:

Without HOF Pippen, Jordan's career resume is GARBAGE:mjlol:

And there's nothing anyone can do about those facts:whew:

I agree. I don't think PIppen ever missed the playoffs in his life.

6 rings, never missed the playoffs, never missed 30 shots in a game, lock down defender even when he was old.

Pippen was like the Tim Duncan of Small Forwards :mjcry:

Maybe you need to check that again buddy:sas1:

Secondly, I compared Jordan's career without a dominant perimeter player by his side to @Liquid's post about Kobe's career without a dominant big by his side:sas2:

Keep up sparky:umad:

Yeah, those Duncanstans with their emphasis on being a team player, being consistently good on both ends, not throwing teammates under the bus, not quitting on their team.

Regardless of your sarcasm....you might be right with that last sentence about Pippen = Duncan of SFs:ohhh:

Scottie Pippen is severely underrated and it's easy for me to go at Jordan stans about it, because I liked Pippen's game and he never got the love like he should have:wow:

The Bulls 1994 season should've ended the disrespect of him when Pip led them to 55 wins and was the best perimeter player in the NBA....but nope:manny:

AND, that 1994 Bulls season with Pippen by himself is > any season with Jordan by himself:sas2:

He was a 1x All-Star, 1x All-NBA Team member, and 3x All-Defensive Team member in the 7 seasons.

Compared to Michael Jordan's career resume without Pippen (5 seasons):

182-228 career record with a .444 winning percentage

3 playoff appearances, 1-9 career playoff record, with a .010 winning percentage in the playoffs, and swept in 2 of his 3 playoff apperances
