He should've stayed defensive coordinator instead of becoming head coach of an NFL team? :dahell:

Everything isn't good right off the bat for a coach. Even :beli: failed
Again, I get it. Most of these coordinators eventually want to be coaches, and when you get the opportunity to be one, you probably should take it. I just don’t think he was ready :manny:. Hopefully, he ends up like Belichick. He got his start on my favorite team, so I’m rooting for him.

I thought he was ready. He was Rivera's right hand man as associate head coach for several years. That time when Rivera needed time off for personal reasons, he left the team for Wilks to run instead of Sean McDermott.

I haven't watched Arizona, so I don't know what's his issues over there :yeshrug:

bad scheme, bad coaching, no heart, working with inferior talent (can’t stop the run, slow linebackers, piss poor offensive line and poor wr’s.. This team went 8-8 last year and the team still hasn’t figured out the 4-3 yet. I knew it was gonna be a challenge but damn.
