If you work out 3x a week and your nutrition/supps is on point, you may be able to do 5 lbs by March + bloat. You will really like how your shape changes. Youtube those exercises. If you have a naturally flat butt, it wont become a donk, but you can give it a little more shape by then.
I dont know about 3 months but squats can def make a difference
