Those guys are right silkk. "Head coaches" can take the role of leader of a program, controlling recruiting, planning, strategy, etc...and hire oc and dc to call plays and scheme...older coaches were like that. It can work well like bo Schembecler and woody hayes, or it can fail like Brady hoke, or be super up and down like kirk farentz and Les Miles.

The use of "ceo" is something they're doing but in principal they're not wrong.

Yeah...they're traditional style head coaches, and hire key coordinators.

The badside is that coaches like that often have problems sustaining success because their coordinators leave. Saban is a true exception.

Felipe Frank de-committed but it wasn't because of Les he's been flirting with Florida for about a month now. Haven't heard anything about Savion but we the biggest prize Richard Lawerence was a silent commit and there's been talk that he's out if Les is gone. We out here losing a great recruiting class cuz of this mess.
