Anywho, Frazier is a great guy, but not cut out to be a head coach.

It's sad cause Leslie is a good coach like Mike Smith. I hate to see him fired.
He is cut out to be a head coach. He just isn't cut out to be an elite head coach. There is a difference. He is just as good as Mike Smith who is good.
