Yeah, it being him (the drunk) is way too obvious. I doubt it's one person anyway, it think there are two people working independently. Like the girl Lizzie naming the walkers and trying to relate to them by giving them names could be the one feeding them. And Carol or Hershel were the most out spoken about Karen (and others with the flu symptoms) (Tyrese's girl) not staying in the cell block with them.
