Let's be honest, you don't know where biggie spent his time. Has clinton hill always been nice, I can see in circa 80s brooklyn it wouldn't be. You walk 2 blocks outta ya way in any nyc neighborhood u can go from hood to luxury. Staten island has nice houses too, gets played as soft, yet has a higher concentration of illegal life than most these rappers and its white mobsters in million dolar houses with guys who dropped more bodies than ya favorite rappers street representative.
