You walk 2 blocks outta ya way in any nyc neighborhood u can go from hood to luxury. Staten island has nice houses too, gets played as soft, yet has a higher concentration of illegal life than most these rappers and its white mobsters in million dolar houses with guys who dropped more bodies than ya favorite rappers street representative. I don't think anyone is saying Biggie grew up in some Will Smith Fresh prince of bel air type of lifestyle, but his mom did in fact take care of him and spoiled him, he was living well off as a kid growing up, his mom said he had so many video games that he would lend them to his friends, and she bought him name brand clothes. He lived way better than the kids that grew up around him
