Thriller is more Iconic. Off The Wall is better.

Both 5 stars. I'd argue Bad is 5 stars as well.

That man was a special, special talent.

Bad is a classic of course..but it had some weaker songs on it.

Speed Demon, Just Good Friends and Another Part of Me are 4/5

Thriller is a perfect 10/10 album. Off The Wall, while classic in it's own right, has some filler (Working Day and Night, Girlfriend, Burn This Disco Out).

Both albums are perfect, it is like having 2 kids and someone asking you which one is your favorite. It's a hard decision brehs :sadbron:

:russ: good analogy ..

edit: Girlfriend was def not filler...that beatles cac wrote it. but he delivered on that joint.

Burn this Disco?? yeah probably the weakest song on the album

Working Day and Night tho breh???? :what: :what:

"Human Nature" and "Bilie Jean" give Thriller the edge. Off The Wall is criminally underrated only in comparison to Thriller, but Thriller just had this overall mood, feel, and atmosphere to it that's just crazy.

I've always thought Off The Wall was the best album in his discography. However, Thriller is the album that truly defined Michael Jackson as not only an artist, but an entertainer and icon as well. It was the first time the world was introduced to the moonwalk, the one glove, etc. So I can see how Thriller overshadows Off The Wall.
