Show me some recipts of these games your playing. You have strong opinions on games like titanfall, forza, and sunset, show me where you've played them
I made a thread a couple of days ago and got blasted. I have been bored with games for a while and have noticed a trend. I tend to prefer older games than what is being put out today. Is it me trying to relive my childhood? Not quite, my favorite game released in the past couple of years was Fez. Super Meat Boy, LIMBO, Hotline Miami, and Braid are up there as well.
I am fatigued of the whole FPS nonsense and games holding everyone's hands at the very start. I loved the last 2 fight night games and still play MLB The Show on the vita regularly. The last FPS games that I truly loved were the Metro games that just got remastered for the new consoles.
The strange part of it all is that my favorite "game" this gen wasn't even a game and ironically a FPS teaser (PT). Everything feels boring as fukk to me right now.
We need a solid stealth game. I'll eat good with Hotline Miami 2 and those other "indie" games that keep being pushed out. My habits are definitely changing and there is a chance that many of us on here (23-30) are changing as well. Nothing wrong with that.
