But the numbers don't lie. They put Owens and Rollins in the main event, NO DQ and it drew like 2.6 million viewers, which was a fresher match up all things considering. they put Sasha and Charlotte in a Falls Count Anywhere and it was over 3 million viewers. The first time in a long time that the third hour was over 3 million.
I'm not saying the women are huge draws really. I'm saying that the universal title scene is terrible and Reigns at Roadblock won't fix that.
This board, the paler boards..u know better than to try me. I gauge all reactions. They clowned Owens hard over the stuttering. No big deal to me but that's just how it was.

I don't like any of the male main-event storylines, and I'm glad the ladies get so much time. Jericho is okay to me, not as funny as others make him out to be. They overdo the Jericho/Owens friendship thing, and the list was cute for a few weeks only.
My take is that because HHH did something huge, then never showed up, so Rollins is misplaced (I don't even think he should have been fighting against Balor), and the storylines are f'd up. Balor being injured, and Reigns slightly being punished Seems to me this is obviously never planned nor taken with careful consideration, it just so happens Owens and Jericho are great on mic and in ring so it slightly works.
Break New Day Up, and give us something truly fresh. Cesaro/Owens/Kofi having a triple threat feud. I used to love Raw, now I barely watch all 3 hours, never thought I'd switch to Smackdown, but at least they try fresh things.

Agreed. The male Raw contingent has zero storyline going for it.
If only we had AJ Styles on Raw feuding with a top guy like Rollins, we'd be good. But we don't have that.
Aj has a lot lined up..the Cena feud returns for Rumble and rumor Taker is trying to politic a match against him at Mania..much like he wanted against Bryan before his injury.
No. The lack of credibility in Owens is evident and on full display. Seems to me like it's a set up for Jericho tomfoolery but the WWE is definitely gonna push Reigns/Lesnar/Goldberg above all on Raw..Owens included.
KO has been the third wheel in his own title reign more than anyone in recent member, and we just came off of a year of Seth Rollins being HHH/Steph's lackey for his entire reign.
He won the title because HHH was mad at Seth, and since then all of his angles and feuds have actually been about Jericho instead of the title.

And rightly so, tbh. They have the hottest angle. Charlotte has been killing it all year and when Sasha's stayed fit enough to go they've put on some great matches.
I'm an Owens fan, but Jericho has been the real star in their friendship angle. IMHO we've had some of the best Jericho ever this year.
