My lil breh uses it heavy and I know that people worldwide use it, ... you're mentioning developing nations. Well of course some places need that because they lack traditional banks... and it cost them too much money to send money. Billions r saved this way and banks r pissed.
Im speaking on American Blacks.. . We have the potential to use black owned banks yet we still use regular means.
What are you stats to show comparatively how many AAs are using v c?? What is your research to show that blacks will increase usage?
