My mother, aunts, and grandma were the ones there for my brother when he did his time. I was the only male in the family that supported him all the other ones hated his guts. Every time we visited him it was nothing but mamas, grandmamas, baby mamas, and kids in that room.

It's shyt like that that make me such a firm believer in Black love and the Black woman, I've never seen anything as strong against all odds. On the one hand it's beautiful to see them still support their men, but it depresses the fukk outta me because we really let these a$$holes get away with destroying the community and leave the women to be the men in the household and community. The whole way, misguided nikkaz think Black women want to be more masculine or some shyt when they really gotta play two roles.

I have piece of shyt relatives in my family and I would NEVER go and visit them in prison. If that's the kind of support black women think they should get props for then that's pathetic. Those Dunbar village monsters had they family up there weeping and wailing even though they raped robbed and tortured a black women and forced her young son to have sex with her. One of those "oh so supportive" mothers of those monsters said " she wasn't mad" at the woman who her son raped robbed and tortured and forced her young son to have sex with her.

I would spit on any black woman who showed up in court for those monsters who raped robbed and tortured a woman and forced her young son to have sex with her. It shows how utterly callous black women are crying for their monster children husbands boyfriends.

Black men are not empowered they ate coddled. The video of the man with the 17 baby mamas is proof of that. Black women coddle their sons and raise their daughters.

Well we know black men aren't empowered and we know they are coddled but that is a form of abuse and negligent parenting on the part of black women. It's the extension of the psuedo sexual relationship black mothers have with their son. Added is the bizarre view that your daughter represents sexual competition.

Empowerment does mean dominating. No one should have to take a backseat to make someone feel more powerful. Too much of the conversation now revolves around black women "taking over". Too many men (black and other races included) think that to be powerful their women have to be weaker. And I know you don't like this but the language used is a powerful indicator of how women are viewed. Calling someone a female or having female traits is a sign of weakness. It implies inferiority. Yes, it's just name-calling, but its symptomatic of a larger problem. Women are not viewed as intellectually equal, which affects everything from relationships to pay and promotion.

And I disagree with you so much about single black females and their little boys. Black women tend to worship their little boys, which is I think is part of our community's problem.

Empowering is not overpowering. Jesus be a dictionary.

Black men have none of this. Why haven't black men shaped up yet? Where are our black business and black schools.

Umar Johnson got criticism of wanting to build a school for black boys. It should have been a feminist dream. They keep saying they want black men step up to the plate and police other black men. I'm starting to think black feminist are just agent provocateurs.

When women in our community are sharing molestation stories like it's normal, that's a problem. Most of the times the men are still walking around free.

Broken homes is at the root of molestation stories. Trust that a girl growing up in a home with no father (bio-dad) has far greater exposure. Men prey on unprotected girls and when mother is choosing molesting man over the safety of her children...

Where in my post did I say there aren't issues which affect black males and females separately? I never said those issues don't exist.
Issues that only effect black men or only effect black woman don't exist. There may be issues that effect black women more than black men or vice versa but since we're connected any issue that effects one sex automatically effects the other as well. Whether you're talking rape, sexual abuse, oow pregnancies, or any other socalled woman's issue men are effected as well. How can you think that those issues only effect or concern women?
I disagree...there are black female issues like there are black male issues. Men are more incarcerated than women are we going to pretend that black male incarceration isn5 specifically a problem?
So did you kick this bullshyt to the black women who stood up and made it clear that police brutality and racism within the justice system doesn't just effect black men? While I don't agree with the chics who tried to use these recent incidents of black men being killed by police as a wedge to divide black men and black women I do agree that it's important that people realize that black women are effected by those issues too. There are no issues that only effect black men or only effect black women. That's the lie that black feminism is built on and that's why it's bullshyt. The only system that oppresses blacks is white supremacy and black feminism serves as a distraction to that.

No, defending women is not simping, I'm just using the word to show that some black men take it to far.
Why do you men always deal in extremes. Why couldn't you say there are those that support women?

There are those that are there for the wrong reasons and then there are those that deserve to be there. She is talking about the latter.

That's nice, but the latter doesn't describe every single case. At this point, I think that simone character is a LA Fisher alias and this is one big elaborate troll job.
